"New Work" im Arbeitsmarktservice Tirol

Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie untersucht, wie "New-Work"-Ansätze im Arbeitsmarktservice Tirol verstanden werden, wie der aktuelle Stand der Organisations- und Arbeitskultur im Vergleich zu zentralen "New-Work"-Prinzipien einzuschätzen ist und welche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten sich daraus ergeben. Im Zentrum steht dabei nicht die Einführung eines neuen Systems, sondern die reflexive Weiterentwicklung einer bereits stark sinnorientierten Serviceorganisation unter den Bedingungen eines rechtlich regulierten öffentlichen Dienstes. Die zentrale Frage, die im Rahmen der Studie gestellt und beantwortet wird, lautet: "Was bedeutet "New Work" für das Arbeitsmarktservice Triol als Organisation und Arbeitgeber:in".
