Abstract

COSTS orientiert sich am Anspruch, das Thema Leistbarkeit der Mobilität und die Entwicklung der wichtigsten mobilitätsrelevanten Kostendeterminanten umfassend darzustellen und zum anderen Pfade und Optionen für die Politik und Anbieterseite aufzuzeigen, wie eine leistbare Mobilität als Element der Versorgungssicherheit und Voraussetzung für eine umfassende soziale und wirtschaftliche Teilhabe aller Bevölkerungsschichten sichergestellt werden kann.
