Formale Überqualifikation von Arbeitskräften und ihre Einflussfaktoren

Abstract

Wenn Arbeitskräfte einen Beruf ausüben, für den ein niedrigerer Bildungsabschluss als der ihre ausreichend wäre, spricht man von formaler Überqualifikation. Die Gruppe der überqualifizierten unselbständig Erwerbstätigen ist, wie die Ergebnisse der vorliegenden Studie zeigen, heterogen zusammengesetzt: Während einige Personen ihre Kompetenzen sehr gut einbringen können, ziehen andere nur wenig Nutzen daraus. Nicht zuletzt zeigt sich, wie wichtig der Erwerb von berufsübergreifenden Kompetenzen, formaler Ausbildung und Erfahrungswissen für die Arbeitsmarktchancen ist.
