Gesamtwirtschaftliche Effekte der klimarelevanten Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Umweltförderung im Inland 2009

Abstract

Die Studie analysiert mit einem umfassenden ökonomischen Modell die gesamtwirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen, die im Jahr 2009 mit den Investitionen in klimarelevante Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Umweltförderung im Inland verbunden waren. Erfasst werden dabei auch die Projekte der thermischen Sanierung von Haushalten und Betrieben, die mit Mitteln aus dem "Zweiten Konjunkturpaket" unterstützt wurden. Mit den 3.386 Projekten der Umweltförderung im Inland und den 14.871 Projekten der thermischen Gebäudesanierung waren ein Investitionsvolumen von 992 Mio. € und ein Fördervolumen von 155 Mio. € verbunden. Die gesamtwirtschaftlichen Effekte werden mit speziellem Fokus auf die angespannte Wirtschaftslage im Jahr 2009 geschätzt.
