Prognose für 2009 und 2010: Auch Österreich von der internationalen Wirtschaftskrise stark getroffen

Abstract

Erstmals seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg befindet sich die Weltwirtschaft in einer Rezession. In den wichtigsten Wirtschaftsblöcken wird die Produktion heuer deutlich sinken. Auch Österreich muss trotz massiven Gegensteuerns der Fiskalpolitik 2009 mit einem realen Rückgang des BIP um 2,2% rechnen. Während Export und Investitionen einbrechen, nimmt der Konsum ungeachtet der Rezession leicht zu. Im Jahr 2010 sollten auch international die Maßnahmen zur Konjunkturstützung greifen. Dies wird die Nachfrage stabilisieren, sodass Österreichs Wirtschaft um 0,5% wachsen wird.
