Prognose für 2007 und 2008: Konjunkturhoch dauert an – deutliche Besserung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt

Abstract

Die gute Konjunktur des Vorjahres hält heuer an. Nach einem Wirtschaftswachstum von 3,2% im Jahr 2006 ist mit einem Anstieg des BIP um real 3,0% zu rechnen. Während die Exportdynamik leicht nachlässt, gewinnt die Investitionsnachfrage an Schwung. Auch der Konsum der privaten Haushalte wächst stärker, bleibt aber hinter der Entwicklung der Gesamtwirtschaft zurück. Die erfreuliche Tendenz auf dem Arbeitsmarkt setzt sich fort: Die Zahl der Beschäftigten steigt abermals deutlich, und die Arbeitslosigkeit sinkt weiter. Im Jahr 2008 verlangsamt sich das Wirtschaftswachstum auf 2,4%.
