Abstract

В книге представлены результаты работ, выполненных коллективами сотрудников Центрального экономико-математического института РАН и Института проблем рынка РАН, по программе фундаментальных исследований Российской академии наук "Россия в глобализирующемся мире" (2004 г.). Книга состоит из трех частей. В первой части рассматриваются институциональные проблемы модернизации экономики России, ее движущие силы и основные направления. Вторая часть посвящена политике модернизации, конкретным мерам по усовершенствованию отношений собственности, социальной политики, технологического развития. Предмет исследования в третьей части - модернизация технологии производства, распределения, обмена как основа социально-экономического прогресса, а также проблемы ее инфраструктурного обеспечения. The book presents the results of work carried out by staff teams of Central Economies and Mathematics Institute and Institute of Market Problems of the Russian Academy of Science under the fundamental research program "Russian in the Globalizing World" (2004). It consists of three parts. Part 1 deals with institutional problems of Russian economics modernization, its prime movers and main trends. Part 2 is devoted to modernization policy, specific measures on improving relationships of property, social policy, and technological development. The subject of research of art 3 is modernization of production methods, distribution and exchange as a basis of social and economic advance and also problems of its infrastructural support. The book is intended for lecturers and students of universities, and for public administration employees.
