    Предлагаемое исследование проблем развития экологического страхования, проводившееся при финансовой поддержке РГНФ (проект № 08-02-00039а) и РФФИ (проект № 08-06-188а), охватывает период формирования инструментария экологической ответственности с начала 90-х годов прошлого века по настоящее время. В работе использованы материалы предыдущих конференций по экологическому страхованию. Идеи, высказанные в докладах и дискуссиях, прозвучавших на этих конференциях, анализ литературных источников и экспериментальных результатов развития экологического страхования очерчивают круг фундаментальных и прикладных экономических проблем технологии снижения экологического риска.
