Экономический Анализ Ущерба От Экологических Нарушений

Abstract

Монография посвящена одному из наиболее важных понятий экономики природопользования - ущербу от экологических нарушений и является первой в отечественной литературе, посвященной этому вопросу. Проведенные автором исследования по включению категории ущерба в экономический анализ ярко демонстрируют высокую эффективность этого инструмента управления природопользованием для целей охраны окружающей среды. Ущерб и рентный доход рассмотрены как два вида "незаработанных" доходов. Очищенные от таких "доходов" показатели дали возможность оценить чисто экономические результаты хозяйственной деятельности на уровне регионов, предприятий и отдельных проектов. Все методы оценки ущерба рассмотрены с разной степенью подробности: наиболее детально изложены результаты экспериментальной реализации гедонистического метода, специальная глава посвящена оценке ущерба от опасных природно-техногенных процессов, намечены основные принципы оценки ущерба от сокращения биоразнообразия и др.
