Abstract

Книга открывает новую серию "Российские академики об экономике", которую начало выпускать издательство "Экономика" совместно с Отделением экономики Российской Академии наук. Редакционная коллегия серии: академик Львов Д.С. (председатель), доктор экономических наук Шамхалов Ф.И. (зам. председателя), академики Абалкин Л.И., Богомолов О.Т., Петраков Н.Я. (члены редакционной коллегии). Академик Н.Я.Петраков - известный ученый и публицист, активный участник научных и политических дискуссий о будущем нашей экономики, один из разработчиков программы "500 дней" (в тот период он был помощником президента СССР М.С. Горбачева). Его монография "Русская рулетка" - не мемуары, хотя в ней содержатся отдельные зарисовки интерьеров высшей власти, а скорее оригинальное исследование. В ней есть научные разделы(общая кибернетическая теория рынка и теория устойчивого развития), общефилософские рассуждения, описание трансформационных процессов в России, конкретные предложения выхода из кризиса нашей экономики. Книга содержит много интересных фактов, метких наблюдений, остроумных замечаний. Она рассчитана на широкий круг читателей, интересующихся проблемами реформ в России.
