Abstract

В монографии исследуются проблемы обеспечения экономической без-опасности ТЭК России. Обоснована необходимость преобразования ранее сформировавшейся организационной и информационной инфраструктуры в ТЭК России для комплексного детализированного мониторинга процессов добычи, транспортировки и поставок ТЭР с целью выявления и упреждающего преодоления новых угроз и рисков вследствие незаконных финансово-хозяйственных операций с топливно-энергетическими ресурсами. Монография предназначена для руководителей и специалистов органов госуправления и корпоративного менеджмента, научных работников, аспирантов и студентов.
