Abstract

Монография исследует теоретические и практические проблемы развития организационной структуры управления научно-техническим развитием экономики нашей страны, а также ЕАЭС в целом, гарантирующей обеспечение их национальных интересов в инновационном секторе мировой экономики. Обосновывается необходимость комплексного подхода к оперированию различными факторами оптимизации организационно- управленческих решений в сфере науки и техники на основе реализации международно-адаптированных векторов развития организационной структуры управления научно-технической деятельностью с опорой на создание Государственного комитета по науке и технологиям как, своего рода, «системы научных систем». Монография предназначена для руководителей и специалистов органов госуправления и корпоративного менеджмента, а также может быть полезна для научных работников, аспирантов и студентов.
