Abstract

Учебное пособие посвящено рассмотрению конкурентных отношений в ТЭК России, связанных с формированием и функционированием национальных (российских) рынков топливно-энергетических ресурсов. Рассмотрены условия развития предприятий энергетической отрасли, состояние энергетической отрасли и тенденции ее развития, проблемы формирования конкурентных механизмов развития рынков топливно-энергетических ресурсов, оптимизации тарифно-ценовой политики в энергетической отрасли, совершенствования оперативного управления развитием территориальных рыночных зон с высокой стоимостью топливно-энергетических ресурсов. Учебное пособие предназначено для руководителей и специалистов органов государственного управления и корпоративного менеджмента, а также может быть полезно для научных работников, аспирантов и студентов.
