Abstract

Книга посвящена изложению некоторых важных вопросов, связанных с обеспечением безопасности объектов техносферы химического профиля. В книге три самостоятельных раздела. В первом из них излагаются основы современной методологии анализа риска, порождаемого возможными авариями на химико-технологических объектах. Второй раздел представляет собой обзор отечественной и зарубежной научной литературы по математическому моделированию процессов распространения поллютантов в разных природных средах, связанных с химическими авариями. В третьем разделе содержится описание двух новых методик экспресс-прогнозирования масштабов и последствий аварийного загрязнения токсикантами атмосферы, почвы и поверхностных вод. Книга ориентирована прежде всего на специалистов, работающих в сфере промышленной безопасности и эксплуатации сложных технических систем, в которых обращаются токсичные вещества. Издание будет полезным для научно-технических работников, связанных с оценкой уровня опасности объектов химико-технологического профиля при составлении деклараций безопасности, при проведении экологической экспертизы и аудита, при осуществлении экологического страхования предприятий.
