Abstract

This book showcases the challenges and triumphs of the Sycip Plantation Farm Workers Cooperative in Manjuyod, Negros Oriental. Complete with the Plantation's origin and transformation, it intends to share powerful insights of applying sustainable agriculture in a large-scale commercial farm. It also aims to motivate students, educators, advocates, and practitioners in a fervent advocacy and practice of sustainable agriculture.
