Abstract

This publication seeks to provide a concise, yet comprehensive, referrence material on Southeast Asian agriculture. Each volume of the series will present the featured Southeast Asian agriculture. It will show the institutions, structures, policies, and other areas affecting the sector’s performance over the past three decades. The primer describes the state and behavior of Indonesian agriculture. It discusses the different changes that figured in with the government’s attempt to increase agricultural productivity.
