Abstract

Este documento analiza el Arancel de Aduanas del Perú y las protecciones efectivas que se generan de su aplicación. Se considera no sólo los niveles de la protección a la producción para el mercado nacional, sino sus impactos sobre el comercio de importación y exportación, particularmente en el mercado andino.
