Abstract

En este libro nos proponemos presentar tres rasgos de la vida de los pobres en el mundo. El primero de ellos es su distanciamiento económico respecto de la población de los países ricos. El segundo recoge sus importantes logros en la liberación de la extrema pobreza que logran desde sus propios países. Resulta especialmente importante aquilatar el valor de dichos avances. El tercero mira un rasgo todavía cuantitativamente marginal pero ya políticamente importante por la resistencia que genera en los países ricos.
