Abstract

En este volumen concentramos nuestro interés en tres problemas que nos parecen capitales para el futuro bienestar de los peruanos y que no han sido enfrentados con la suficiencia firmeza y coherencia. Si fueran problemas fáciles de resolver no valdría la pena dedicarles espacio, pero no es así. Por esa razón nos parece muy importante explorar nuevas maneras de ver la realidad y nuevas sugerencias programáticas. Pongamos por delante nuestras preguntas y sugiramos algunas respuestas. Por eso, debemos tratar de no repetir las propuestas viejas y poco eficaces que esgrimimos en el pasado. Aprovechemos el nuevo interés programático para impulsar una nueva visión del Perú y nuevas propuestas.
