Economía Peruana: limites internos y externo al crecimiento económico

Abstract

Se desarrolla un enfoque alternativo donde la causalidad parte de la inversión y se aplica este nuevo enfoque al caso de economías descentradas como la peruana, donde su sector más dinámico carece de una industria local, desarrollada, productora de bienes de capital.La intervención del Estados como agente generador de demanda para compensar la pérdida de demanda efectiva asociada a la inversión causa inexorablemente desequilibrio externo. La eliminación de esta restricción, exige el centramiento del aparato productivo industrial y su articulación con los sectores primarios, mediante un programa de inversiones orientado al desarrollo de un Núcleo verticalmente integrado de producción de bienes de consumo masivo. Con este fin el control cuantitativo de importaciones, la estabilización prolongada del tipo de cambio y la subordinación del sistema financiero en los ejes para la articulación de las políticas económicas de corto plazo.
