Abstract

Este libro está organizado alrededor de dos preocupaciones fundamentales. La primera concierne al deseo de detectar los rasgos de política industrial general, las instituciones y los instrumentos que, tras diez años de experiencia, se afirman como estables, como consolidados. Los radicales cambios institucionales y la profunda crisis registrada en esta década permiten determinar la resistencia o debilidad de ciertas reglas de juego industrial ante situaciones políticas y económicas relativamente extremas.La segunda preocupación se refiere a la influencia del Acuerdo de Cartagena en el ensayo de nuevas estrategias, instituciones e instrumentos de desarrollo industrial así como en la consolidación o desaparición de antiguos elementos de política industrial. El contexto se concentra en los rasgos sustantivos de la política industrial y está organizado en cuatro partes y un resumen, que buscan exponer dichos rasgos.
