Abstract

Este estudio corrobora la hipótesis de que el régimen económico de la Constitución Política de 1993, una institución jurídica, ha tenido una influencia positiva en el desempeño macroeconómico del país durante las últimas tres décadas, ya que contiene artículos que moldean un modelo de crecimiento promotor de la inversión privada y provee un marco institucional que permite al BCRP y al MEF contar con los instrumentos para llevar adelante una buena gestión macroeconómica.
