Educación superior y empleo en el Perú: una brecha persistente

Abstract

La brecha entre la educación superior y el empleo puede haber existido desde hace mucho tiempo en el Perú, pues las universidades y los institutos no siempre se conectan con las empresas y organizaciones para captar sus demandas de personal y adecuar sus contenidos formativos. Sin embargo, a pesar del auge reciente experimentado en la oferta de educación superior como respuesta a la creciente demanda, la brecha persiste y hasta parece haberse ampliado. Este libro trata sobre dicha desconexión desde sus múltiples aristas.
