Tópicos de negociaciones comerciales internacionales: metodologías y aplicaciones relevantes para el Perú

Abstract

Los autores presentan una selección de las mejores investigaciones sobre negociaciones comerciales internacionales (NCI) relacionadas con el Perú, las cuales tienen en común el ser fruto de un mismo proceso de desarrollo de capacidades profesionales y académicas, a través de una configuración triangular (universidad-gobierno-empresa). En la primera parte, se muestran aplicaciones metodológicas al análisis de acuerdos comerciales preferenciales relevantes -con Singapur, China, CAN, MERCOSUR, y Chile-; y, en la segunda, aproximaciones de las nuevas temáticas de NCI, tales como intensidad y especialización en el uso de medidas no arancelarias, causales de imposición de salvaguardias, criterios para la negociación de reglas de origen, y protección a la propiedad intelectual en medicamentos.
