Economía laboral en el Perú: avances recientes y agenda pendiente

El área de la economía laboral en el Perú ha progresado enormemente en los últimos años, debido a la producción sustantiva de un gran número de investigaciones que nos ayudan a comprender mejor cómo funcionan los mercados laborales en el Perú. Luego de contestar a la pregunta ¿qué se ha hecho?, el autor propone qué falta por hacer, e identifica algunos temas y dimensiones que deben ser parte de la agenda futura de investigación en economía laboral, con el fin de contribuir al diseño de políticas públicas adecuadas para mejorar la difícil situación del empleo en el Perú.
