Abstract

The mobility of labor is both a result and the driving force behind globalization. Sara Borella analyzes migration policy in Germany and the European Union and discusses the characteristics of desirable rules for the movement of workers from the perspective of constitutional economics. This book was awarded the Wolfgang-Ritter-Preis 2008 from the Wolfgang-Ritter-Stiftung Bremen. (e-book pdf, published in German)
