The monograph Knowledge Management in Modern Organizations reveals the significance of, as well as the relationship between, theory and practice of knowledge management, which represents the basis for business excellence in business enterprises. The book defines a holistic approach to understanding modern organization, organization process functioning, capability and knowledge acquisition as a life-long learning process.
