Abstract

Within the present volume, we investigated, from the conceptual, historical and doctrinal perspective, the main stages that were the basis of the legal dimension of communication within the European Union. Writing my doctoral thesis involved an in-depth documentation of the opinions expressed regarding the analyzed area of both the primary and secondary legislation, both of the European Union and of Romania, to which I added specific case law.
