En el presente libro se desarrolla el análisis de la eficiencia de la justicia a través de los principios de la disciplina economía abordaje permite una mirada objetiva al conjunto de marcos institucionales e incentivos dentro de los que se desempeñan jueces, abogados, peritos, funcionarios judiciales y mediadores. El análisis económico del derecho referido a la ley de Quiebras, el recupero de créditos, la defensa del consumidor y de la competencia, apuntan a señalar los beneficios y costos que se derivan de la adecuación de las normas vigentes a las demandas de la modernización económica.
