Abstract

La presente publicación es el primer producto del Seminario Taller Internacional: Elaboración de Artículos de Políticas Públicas para impulsar la creación y los contenidos del Observatorio de Políticas Públicas (OPP), en donde se publican 9 artículos que proponen políticas públicas para encarar problemas sociales locales, regionales y nacionales de distintos sectores de la sociedad boliviana. Estos Artículos de Políticas Públicas deben tomarse como el inicio del debate de las problemáticas sociales identificadas. El objetivo de este esfuerzo fue capacitar a estos profesionales en la elaboración de los mismos para que nuestra sociedad cuente con otra herramienta para identificar y encarar sus problemas.
