Los servicios públicos en Europa. Hacia una regulación democrática

Abstract

A partir de 1986 la Unión Europea adelantó un proceso de liberalización progresiva de los servicios públicos en sus redes de comunicaciones, transporte y energía. Su regulación cubre tres grandes cuestiones: cuáles son sus objetivos, qué funciones incluye, y a qué nivel ponerla en práctica. Esta obra ha sido concebida sobre la base de una serie de trabajos de investigación desarrollados en distintas universidades francesas y europeas que dieron origen a un coloquio internacional sobre este tema.
