Abstract

La vía que asume el Estado define la suerte de la nación, pero no está predeterminada porque es una cuestión histórica. Los acontecimientos políticos deciden el éxito o el fracaso económico. Nadie sabe a priori sus resultados pero es importante conocer de qué depende, en última instancia el proceso de desarrollo económico y social. Dentro de este marco, la hipótesis de la incertidumbre reivindicada por los neokeynesianos, que se expone en esta obra, constituye una alternativa teórica frente a la hipótesis de las expectativas racionales de la escuela clásica.
