Abstract

Esta obra ofrece un marco teórico-práctico del sistema contable aplicado a hoteles y restaurantes. Con tal fin describe los procesos que conducen a la práctica contable a partir del tratamiento de la información en la estructuración de las áreas de responsabilidad que se deducen de la naturaleza de las transacciones: tesorería, registro de ingresos y cuentas por cobrar, registro de egresos y cuentas por pagar y nómina.
