Abstract

“Quizás esta investigación permita que, los próximos 20 de julio cuando se conmemore la independencia, este documento pueda ocupar el lugar que tuvo hace 200 años cuando fue protagonista. Quizás, también los esfuerzos de todas las personas e instituciones involucradas desde el dibujo de Simón Cárdenas, o el viaje y la voluntad que llevaron a Duque Uribe a emprender este proyecto, queden reflejados en que las futuras generaciones de colombianos puedan celebrar sus ansias de libertad a partir de la reinterpretación de este documento-monumento: El Acta de la Independencia”.
