Abstract

Al reflexionar sobre las situaciones vividas en los últimos años en el país se produce este estudio el cual gira alrededor de tres grandes tópicos, a saber: Estudio de fenómenos delincuenciales; mecanismos de prevención; control y resolución de conflictos; y conflicto armado, los que, sin duda alguna, tienen puntos de intersección.
