El revés del derecho. Transformaciones jurídicas en la globalización neoliberal

  • José Antonio Estévez Araújo
Registered author(s):

    Este libro trata de la globalización neoliberal y de las transformaciones que ese fenómeno ha provocado en el derecho. Está dividido en dos partes. En la primera se desarrolla un concepto general de globalización, se analizan los rasgos específicos de la globalización neoliberal, sus dimensiones económica, cultural y militar y se examinan los efectos que ha tenido sobre el Estado, en especial las transformaciones de la soberanía. En la segunda parte se estudian los cambios estructurales que ha experimentado el derecho a consecuencia de la globalización. También se examinan modificaciones sustantivas en áreas específicas como la producción, la regulación del mercado, la guerra y los derechos de las personas.
