Abstract

El presente documento tiene como objetivo presentar una introducción sencilla a la valoración de proyectos de inversión aplicando la metodología de opciones reales, como una extensión al esquema clásico de valoración por valor presente neto. Las notas aquí presentadas resumen los cursos que sobre el tema se han impartido en los posgrados de la Universidad Externado de Colombia por parte de su autor.
