Abstract

En este libro y desde un carácter manifiestamente multidisciplinario, pretendemos dar una visión actualizada sobre la Política Exterior Común Andina, PECAN, y la política exterior de los países que forman parte de la Comunidad Andina, CAN, tratando de ubicar las similitudes y/o diferencias entre ambas. Como lo podrán comprobar, es un texto en el que confluyen disciplinas tales como la ciencia política, economía política, relaciones internacionales, administración pública, pero es sobre todo un esfuerzo intelectual por analizar la situación regional preguntándonos por la forma cómo se ha integrado la región, teniendo de por medio políticas exteriores cuyos principios y/o intereses hemos definido como divergentes.
