Abstract

Estudia en el conflicto colombiano, las comisiones que actúan como “notarías de los agravios” de los actos que los grupos armados al margen de la ley infligen contra la población civil como resultado de la guerra que se vive en Colombia. Por la filosofía de estas comisiones de la verdad, se debe llegar a la convivencia y reconciliación de los antiguos adversarios, lo que sobrepasa los resultados de un eventual tratado de paz.
