Actores no estatales y política exterior colombiana: casos de los sectores acádemicos y empresariales

Abstract

La relación entre los actores no estatales y la formulación de la política exterior ha sido un tema poco debatido en el campo de las ciencias sociales. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo aproximarse a esta temática y evaluar algunas estrategias que han permitido un vínculo entre los tomadores de decisiones y la sociedad civil en materia de política exterior. En la primera parte se desarrolla la relación entre el sector académico y el programa “Colombia Nos Une” en materia migratoria. Luego, se estudia la labor de los empresarios en las comisiones de vecindad, de manera particular con Ecuador. Por último, se explora cómo las academias diplomáticas son o pueden convertirse en un espacio de interlocución para la sociedad civil. Este libro consigna los resultados de una investigación financiada por Colciencias y coordinada por Martha Ardila, docente-investigadora de la Facultad de Finanzas, Gobierno y Relaciones Internacionales de esta Universidad.
