Abstract

Este es un libro en el que debatimos sobre la gobernanza global y la gobernanza regional para el desarrollo, a partir de la perspectiva teórica que nos ofrece el pensamiento decolonial latinoamericano. Aquellos temas son debatidos teniendo en cuenta los principios en que está organizado el sistema mundo moderno y colonial, más los mecanismos político-institucionales que lo soportan. Al mismo tiempo. revisamos las propuestas que sobre estos temas han formulado distintas organizaciones sociales y políticas de los pueblos originarios de Ecuador y Bolivia, muchos de los cuales confluyen en la política exterior comunitaria y han sido incorporados en la normatividad del Estado plurinacional de ambos países.
