Abstract

La enseñanza y el aprendizaje de las matemáticas siempre han sido considerados como uno de los temas de mayor complejidad y dificultad en el ámbito de la educación en todos sus niveles: preescolar, básico, medio y superior. Quizás por ello se pueda afirmar que en los últimos años este campo se ha desarrollado con gran dinamismo al ocupar las matemáticas un rol preponderante en las reformas educativas y en el plano de las investigaciones pedagógicas.
