Abstract

Los siete ensayos, escritos por algunos de los más renombrados filósofos morales y jurídicos del mundo, ofrecen una perspectiva filosófica sofisticada acerca de sus asuntos relacionados con la objetividad de la interpretación jurídica y de la decisión judicial. Ellos examinan la intersección existente entre la objetividad en la ética y el derecho tanto en la tradición positivista como en la tradición del derecho natural, y desarrollan una variedad de enfoques constructivos y críticos de los problemas fundamentales acerca de la objetividad de la moral.
