Abstract

Con esta edición queremos ponernos al día en el tema de la evolución de la interpretación constitucional, tanto por lo que ha ocurrido en los últimos años en nuestra Corte Constitucional como por lo dicho sobre esto en la escuela genovesa, exposición muy cercana al texto de nuestra Carta Política. La interpretación constitucional contemporánea es el mejor ejemplo de los desarrollos prácticos y reales de la jurisprudencia de valores, razón por la que agregamos un nuevo capítulo sobre el tema, necesario para el entendimiento de la dogmática como ciencia del derecho.
