Abstract

El presente módulo tiene como objetivo la introducción al derecho y regulación de las telecomunicaciones, como contenido básico y necesario para comprender el ordenamiento jurídico y su importancia para la organización y el desarrollo de las telecomunicaciones, entendidas no sólo en su ámbito de actividad de prestación de servicios, sino como un sector fundamental para el desarrollo económico, social y político de un país, y de la sociedad global.
