Abstract

El Área en Derecho de las Telecomunicaciones de la Universidad Externado de Colombia en su interés por enriquecer el estudio sobre el Derecho de las Telecomunicaciones y las Tecnologías de la Información, ha querido compilar cuatro artículos en los que se analiza el impacto de los impuestos, tasas y contribuciones en las tarifas de los servicios públicos de telecomunicaciones; el espacio público en Telecomunicaciones; la convergencia en los modelos de regulación del correo electrónico no solicitado (spam), y la definición de mercados y operadores con poder significativo de mercado en el marco europeo de las comunicaciones electrónicas.
