Abstract

En este número se tratan los temas de obligaciones y cargas de las partes en el contrato de seguro, la inoperancia del contrato de seguro, sus generalidades y terminología, formas de ineficacia o inoperancia del contrato de seguro derivadas de vicios coetáneos a la celebración del contrato, formas de inoperancia del contrato de seguro derivadas de hechos posteriores a la celebración y vinculadas al incumplimiento de las obligaciones y cargas de la parte asegurada, y formas de inoperancia del contrato de seguro derivadas de hechos posteriores a la celebración del contrato, no vinculadas al incumplimiento de las obligaciones y cargas de las partes.
