Abstract

Estudio sistemático que con rigor científico y desde una perspectiva histórica define las razones que impulsaron a América a elaborar instrumentos internacionales sobre la materia en número que ninguna otra región del mundo ha logrado equiparar y los cuales se cuentan entre lo mejor que se ha creado en esta área. Adicionalmente presenta una visión futurista en la formulación de propuestas para defender el derecho de autor.
