Abstract

La imputación penal une un acontecer delictivo con una persona, de acuerdo con reglas sociales y no con aquellas que pertenecen al mundo de la naturaleza. Por esta razón, la unión puede darse también con una persona que no haya ejecutado el delito de propia mano, pero que lo ha llevado adelante antes de la ejecución por medio de una conducta que tiene el significado de que el delito pueda ser ejecutado.
