La responsabilidad patrimonial del servidor público

Abstract

Este libro se ocupa de hacer un análisis sobre la responsabilidad patrimonial de los servdores públicos en Colombia, particularmente de aquella que se obtiene con la acción de regreso o repetición. Por lo tanto, se hace una reflexión que diferencia la responsabilidad personal de quien está vinculado con organismos y entidades públicas de aquella denominada institucional. Así mismo, se hace una reflexión que desborda el análisis procesal de la figura, ocupándose de aspectos sustanciales tales como el concepto de dolo o culpa grave, las bases teóricas y constitucionales que sirven de sustento a la regulación colombiana del tema, entre otros.
